 Challenges & Constructive Criticism
While largely praised, Prasad’s time as DCP Traffic in late 2023 drew criticism after mismanagement during the CPHI & PMEC Expo in Greater Noida. Heavy congestion and poor event logistics triggered complaints and his reassignment from the traffic post. Observers saw this as a wake-up call for better event-scale planning in the city. Another gap noted by civil society groups is his minimal digital and social media outreach—a growing requirement in the era of interactive governance and public policing. Prasad, however, is known to believe in “quiet execution over loud promotion.”
