Humble Beginnings in Bangalore’s Heart – Mayank Agarwal
On February 16, 1991, in the vibrant city of Bangalore, Mayank Agarwal was born into a close-knit family. His father, Pranav Kumar Pandey, a builder with a knack for shaping structures, and his mother, Suchitra Singh, a homemaker who anchored the home, fostered an environment of ambition and support. Growing up alongside his elder brother, Raj Kishan, a former state-level cricketer, Mayank found his spark at Bishop Cotton Boys’ School. The school’s cricket pitches became his playground, where he traded textbooks for a bat, mentored alongside talents like K.L. Rahul at Jain University. With icons like Sachin Tendulkar’s finesse and Virender Sehwag’s fearless strokeplay as his muse, Mayank’s early days were painted with dreams of cricketing glory.
